At Adam's Landscape & Lawncare, training is an ongoing priority.
Before an employee starts his or her first day of work, they participate
in a comprehensive orientation program. After an employee completes
the orientation, they go through specific training on the equipment
that they will be using to perform their job.
At the time of this orientation the employee is given safety glasses
and earplugs that must be worn during work. They are also given
various types of literature to take home to read. This information
is in both English and Spanish.
If an employee is hired into an entry-level laborer position and
would like to become a Team Leader, we have a training packet from
which they can work. Once the training packet is completed, the
individual can be considered for promotion to a Team Leader Position.
Employees are always encouraged to attend seminars and workshops
to enhance their job skills. The company reimburses the expenses
incurred for these seminars or workshops.
We provide incentives for employees to further their education
at local colleges and trade schools, through reimbursement of tuition
for successful course completion.
Training is also conducted at safety meetings that are held every
week. To encourage our employees to always think safety and work
safely, we have a Safety Incentive Program.
Before starting work for Adam's Landscape & Lawncare, our employees are
confirmed to be drug free. While on your property they are uniformed
and
are in clearly marked vehicles. We feel their presence not only
enhances your property but also adds to the security of your site.
Our people are instructed to report any suspicious behavior observed
while on your property to your security team or their manager. |
